Apartment Maintenance Technician

Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Walnut Creek Apartments in Florence, KY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. 

What We Offer:

• $22.00 - $25.00/hr. 
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
