Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority
🔹 Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks)
🔹 Perform interior/exterior painting & staining
🔹 Maintain HVAC systems (repair, troubleshooting)
🔹 Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained
🔹 Conduct routine preventative maintenance
🔹 Keep the maintenance shop & work areas clean and organized
🔹 Rotate on-call duties for emergency maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
✔ HVAC Certification Preferred
✔ EPA License Preferred
✔ Experience with Drywall, Painting & Carpentry
✔ Basic Electrical Knowledge (Outlets, Switches, Fixtures)
✔ Strong Problem-Solving & Customer Service Skills
✔ Effective Verbal & Written Communication
✔ Willingness to Complete Training Within 30 Days
