We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Country Club Apartments in Toledo, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $23.00-$25.00
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on-call bonus

What We Need from you:

• EPA or HVAC Certification preferred 
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required 30% travel required
