APAC Event Marketing Specialist

About the Role

TransPerfect’s events program is expanding across APAC, and we’re seeking a motivated Event Marketing Specialist to support end-to-end planning and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the flawless executions of the APAC GlobalLink NEXT series (seven regional single-day forums), manage the APAC tradeshow program, and support additional regional events. You’ll collaborate with global event leads to deliver memorable experiences that elevate the TransPerfect brand.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Manage the full lifecycle of APAC company-sponsored events and tradeshows, including the flagship GlobalLink NEXT APAC series.

  • Coordinate vendors (A/V, catering, designers, suppliers) to ensure on-brand production, signage, and swag.

  • Oversee venue logistics, including room blocks and on-site coordination.

  • Support on-site operations: registration, speaker liaison, AV, signage, and real-time issue resolution.

  • Build run-of-show documents, timelines, and cross-functional task lists.

  • Track event budgets, forecasts, and expenses.

  • Coordinate tradeshow booth assets, equipment, shipping, storage, and maintenance.

Marketing Support

  • Localize messaging for multi-channel campaigns (email, social, partner promotions) to engage APAC audiences.

  • Adapt promotional content and collateral for regional relevance.

  • Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting and KPI tracking.

Stakeholder & Operations Support

  • Align with regional sales leaders, executives, and internal teams on event goals and expectations.

  • Support sales enablement through regionally relevant assets and activities.

  • Assist with invoice processing, budget documentation, and event best practices.

  • Support deployment of event tools (registration platforms, mobile apps, lead capture).

Requirements

  • 3-4 years in B2B event marketing, marketing coordination, or similar.

  • Fluent English, with excellent written skills; fluency in at least one APAC language required (additional languages a plus).

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Service-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.

  • Willing to travel within APAC and occasionally internationally (~15–25%).

  • Passion for delivering standout attendee experiences.
