What You’ll Do

Support clients to achieve their recovery goals
Shadow skilled practitioners and assist with group facilitation
Complete case notes, assessments, and referrals
Participate in self-directed learning, workshops and supervision
Assist with community engagement and program evaluation

What You Bring

Passion for the AOD sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A compassionate, non‑judgmental approach
Openness to learning, feedback, and professional growth
Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ethical situations

Requirements

✔ Have completed or currently enrolled in:

Certificate IV or Diploma in AOD, or
Dual Diagnosis qualification, or
AOD Skill Set (minimum 4 units)

✔ Victorian Driver’s Licence
✔ Competency in Microsoft Office + strong administrative skills
