Join a high-performing, globally distributed team focused on helping financial institutions combat fraud through cutting-edge solutions and strategic sales execution. Our team is driving growth across ANZ, ASEAN, MEA, and Europe, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and commercial impact.

Senior Account Manager - ANZ

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional with 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management and new business development to join our Global Fraud Solutions team. This role will be pivotal in managing significant existing accounts across Australia while driving strategic growth across the broader ANZ region. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients, accelerate pipeline conversion, and expand our footprint in the region.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with major Australian clients, ensuring retention and expansion
  • Lead QBRs, renewal cycles, and upsell motions with a consultative approach
  • Identify and pursue high-potential new business opportunities across ANZ
  • Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to execute targeted outreach and ABM campaigns
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy and ICP refinement
  • Drive pipeline velocity and conversion through structured deal reviews and solution-led pitching
  • Partner with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client experience
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and positioning

Skills we’re looking for

  • Proven track record in managing complex enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals
  • Deep understanding of the ANZ financial services and fintech landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
