Due to continued business expansion, we have opened a new role for an Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer Analyst to join our team based Bulgaria.

An Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer Analyst is a person responsible primary for reviewing documentation for new customers’ accounts, updating existing customers’ accounts and providing business support on a variety of complex regulatory and legal procedures regarding customers’ applications. The role will include analyzing customers’ behavior and performing documents’ checks.

We are working remotely. However, we will have some bi-annual events at our office in Varna which means that the successful candidate would need to travel to Varna to attend these events.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor documents for new customers’ accounts in accordance with the company onboarding process
• Undertaking KYC due diligence reviews in a timely manner for both individual and corporate clients (ID documents verification, PEP and sanction checks, etc.);
• Identifying any potential suspicious applications or client behavior and escalating to management;
• Data collection and it's storing in accordance with the high standards of the company;
• Ensuring all information received is treated with the highest confidentiality;
• Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English language;
• Highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail;
• Pro-active team player with outstanding communication skills;
• Ability to verify documents correctly within tight deadlines and focus on results;
• Experience in KYC will be considered as an advantage;
• Other languages will be considered an advantage.
