About the Role

As an Audiovisual Lead, you’ll guide, inspire, and manage the end-to-end production of high-quality video and audio content that brings customer stories to life across every channel. You’ll oversee a talented team of post production specialists, while collaborating with creative, account, and brand teams to deliver memorable visual narratives and immersive audio experiences. Your leadership ensures that every project not only meets, but exceeds, creative and technical standards; driving engagement for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for digital, broadcast, and experiential campaigns
  • Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team, as well as mentorship, guiding efforts across the whole post production workflow.
  • Ensure the team follows our production best practices and streamlined processes to get pixel perfect quality on time for every project. 
  • Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders to define project vision, technical requirements, and creative strategy
  • Manage time estimations, talent schedules skill sets to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring all content meets brand and compliance guidelines, as well as technical specifications for multiple platforms
  • Stay up to date with trends and advancements in audiovisual technology, platforms, and audience consumption habits; recommend new approaches and tools
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture rooted in creativity, accountability, and customer-first thinking

About You

The essentials:

  • 6+ years of experience producing and leading audiovisual projects, ideally in an agency or brand studio environment 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video, audio, and integrated content for major brands or campaigns
  • Deep technical proficiency in all areas of post-production workflows.
  • Software requirements: Adobe Creative Suite with an accent in Premiere and After Effects. DaVinci Resolve and Pro Tools knowledge are nice to have, as well as basic understanding of VFX software like Nuke, and 3D software like Blender.
  • Proven leadership skills; able to motivate, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities and adapt to rapid changes
  • Strong attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality
  • A collaborative, professional, and customer-centric mindset

Not a Must but a Plus:

  • Experience working on food, beverage, or CPG campaigns, or a passion for crafting AV storytelling that celebrates household brands and inspires audiences.
  • Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools.
