As an Android Lead, you’ll elevate not just the product, but the Android guild behind it. You’ll define and drive the Android tech roadmap, introduce and safeguard best practices, and set up the quality gates that ensure we ship with confidence. You’ll keep a close eye on performance, monitoring, and overall engineering velocity, continuously seeking ways to help the team move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate across departments on company-wide initiatives, and play a key role in developing and mentoring other Android engineers, helping them grow and enabling the teams to thrive.
Our culture is built around self-managing, cross-functional product teams where developers, designers, and product managers collaborate closely to deliver impactful features. You will be actively involved in shaping and building features end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring we build the right things in the right way.
You’ll work with a modern Android stack and enjoy the freedom, ownership, and learning culture that define Temper.
