Your Mission

Deliver scalable, high-performing Anaplan models for a fast-moving crypto business—supporting planning across Commercial, Workforce and OPEX—while applying best practices, maintaining strong model governance, and enabling reliable integrations that improve forecast accuracy, reporting speed, and self-service.

What you’ll do

Support and contribute to the solution architect—from discovery and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization across core functions (Commercial, Workforce, OPEX and Forecaster).

Establish and enforce Anaplan best practices to improve model performance, scalability, and development speed.
Partner with stakeholders to translate planning and reporting needs into scalable, high-impact Anaplan solutions.
Maintain strong governance: documentation, access controls/roles, versioning, and audit-ready processes.
Capture requirements, write user stories, and manage/prioritize enhancements in JIRA.

Who you are

2+ year hands-on Anaplan model-building experience; Model Builder / Solution Architect certification is a plus.
Solid finance knowledge (degree or equivalent practical experience).
Initiative-taking problem-solver with a proven ability to turn technology into tangible business impact.
Plus: Hands-on experience with data integrations and large relational datasets (e.g., Workato, Snowflake, NetSuite, Workday)
