The Analytics Manager will be pivotal in our data-driven decision-making process, responsible for interpreting data facts into actionable insights, creating forecasting models, and developing predictive analytics.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, provide analytical support, and guide strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do
Lead stakeholder engagement with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to influence subdomain roadmaps and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring smooth integration of new members and supporting their professional development.
Maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence, promoting the best practices in advanced analytics and measurement.
Ensure visibility and value creation of projects, influence adoption of correct metrics and strategies, and build trust with all stakeholders.
Summarize data, interpret results from analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights for internal partners and management.
Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future business trends.
Create predictive analytics models to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply them to improve our processes.
Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role.

Experience with SQL and databases.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
