About the role:

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Commercial Analytics Manager to join our UK-based Commercial Analytics team. This role will help drive the ambitious commercial plans for the UK’s largest meal-kit in 2025 and beyond. It is perfect for a highly motivated analyst who is driven by impact and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be crucial in translating complex business questions from commercial stakeholders into actionable analytical solutions that drive our strategic priorities, growth, and efficiency.

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Analytics Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive the UK strategy by leveraging analytics. You will support a wide range of critical business initiatives, from marketing campaign performance and product investment to retention strategy and customer experience. You will join a dynamic team that fosters continuous learning and innovation, tackling complex business challenges at scale. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial analyst to develop their strong technical foundations while making a tangible impact on a global food solutions business.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a consultative partner, engaging directly with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical plans with clear hypotheses and defined deliverables.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance to optimise ROI based on data-driven recommendations.
• Use a range of analytical techniques and tools to dive deep into business problems and identify actionable insights. 
• Develop robust measurement frameworks for new commercial initiatives, including defining key metrics, establishing baselines, and supporting the setup of A/B tests or causal inference studies.
• Create compelling and easy-to-digest data visualisations and reporting dashboards (e.g., in Tableau) that democratise access to key performance indicators.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance analytic output and simplify ways of working.
• Seek out opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and analysis to increase efficiency, streamline processes, and scale the impact of the Commercial Analytics function.

Who You Are

• Skilled in data visualisation, statistical analysis, and working with tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel/Google Sheets, with a strong technical aptitude to support analytical work.
• Highly motivated by fast-paced, dynamic environments, thriving on continuous feedback, growth, and constructive debate.
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, able to translate complex data insights into actionable plans that drive business change and create real impact.
• Data-driven by nature, with the ability to turn data and numbers into meaningful insights that guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex analytical concepts and results to both technical teams and senior commercial leadership in a persuasive and concise manner.
