With Benepass, companies can tailor their benefits to the unique needs of their workforce.

Through our easy-to-use and highly customizable fintech platform, People teams can implement, administer, and track the benefits that meet employees where they are. About this Opportunity

As Benepass continues to scale, our decisions are becoming more complex and interconnected. To keep moving fast while staying aligned, we need data that’s consistent, accessible, and actionable.

The Analytics & Insights Team exists to make that possible — ensuring every team can make confident, data-informed decisions. As a founding member of this team, you’ll partner with executives to shape company strategy through the use of data.

This role focuses on three key pillars:

  • Building Dashboards: Create dashboards for leaders and teams across Benepass, providing clear visibility into performance, customer trends, and operational health

  • Providing Strategic Insights: Analyse performance metrics, investigate anomalies, and deliver clear, data-backed narratives to guide decisions. Your work will help functional leads understand what’s driving results and where to focus next

  • Creating a Standard Data Language: Different teams often define metrics differently. Help standardize definitions across the company so terms like “churn,” “revenue,” or “active user” mean the same thing to everyone. Build consistent processes for metric calculations and ensure all dashboards pull from a trusted, unified data layer

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking ambitious, curious, and technically strong individuals who love solving business problems with data. You might be a great fit if you:

  • Fluent proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large, complex datasets

  • Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar)

  • Have strong analytical thinking and Excel skills, with a track record of identifying insights that drive impact

  • Solid understanding of analytics fundamentals: cohorting, segmentation, funnel analysis, unit economics, and forecasting logic

  • Naturally, dig deeper when metrics don’t look right

  • Enjoy working with diverse datasets — from product usage to financial or sales data.

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in analytics, business operations, or consulting roles with a strong quantitative focus

  • Proven fluency in SQL and experience building dashboards in BI tools

  • Ability to manage both long-term strategic projects and fast-turnaround ad hoc analyses

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor junior analysts

  • Experience guiding stakeholders toward consistent KPI definitions and driving alignment across teams

  • Track record of owning high-impact analytical projects end-to-end, from scoping through delivery

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still encourage you to apply — we care about curiosity and potential as much as experience.
