You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including analytics, product, and engineering teams.

Help translate business use cases into technical requirements and data flows.
Advanced SQL proficiency — able to write optimized, production-ready queries.
Hands-on experience with Hightouch (or CDP tools) for data activation.
Solid experience with Snowflake (warehousing, schema design, performance).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Background as a Data Engineer with experience building data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) or transformation frameworks (dbt).
Familiarity with analytics frameworks and customer data workflows.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to work overlapping hours with U.S. business hours (e.g., 10am–6pm EST or similar).
