Analytics Consultant | DACH

Now, we’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us shape the future of data self-service and modeling across the DACH region.

Your Mission

As an Analytics Consultant at Biztory, you’ll guide clients through their data journey—from insight generation to impactful decision-making. You’ll use your expertise in Tableau and the Salesforce ecosystem to craft dashboards that tell meaningful stories and help businesses take action. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, visual answers.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build impactful dashboards using Tableau Software
• Connect data sources, including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and beyond), to uncover actionable insights
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into tailored analytical solutions
• Apply data modeling techniques to support effective self-service analytics
• Lead workshops and enablement sessions to empower end users
• Collaborate with cross-functional Biztory teams across Europe
• Travel as needed to support client engagements within the DACH region

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau in a professional setting
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong data modeling capabilities and experience working with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you’re comfortable interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
• Based in DACH, preferably around Düsseldorf, Cologne, or Berlin, and ready to travel

Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience or other customer-facing roles
• Experience with other BI tools
• Interest in team leadership or mentoring
