The Position

Analyst



 What you will do: 

  • Dedicated Support ticket management - includes first level response (Help Desk/Zendesk), triage,

troubleshooting and resolution management and root cause analysis.

  • Coordination and communication with the client on close calendar and outages.
  • Coordinate environment preparation steps ahead of and after Expense/ Statement runs (db activities, sizing up environment, distribution of data).
  • Import and COM Management including data analysis and error resolution.
  • Execute, monitor, and support Calculation and Statement Runs against performance benchmarks.
  • Trigger on call notification to resolve performance issues over weekend runs.
  • Attend twice weekly stand up with client (1 tech call and 1 business user call)
  • Attendance at required internal meetings
  • Coverage Hours: Coverage during the US workday in PacificTime Zone.

You should have a strong knowledge of business processes, strong mindset, cognitive abilities and attention to detail. You’ll also need to have good time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The applicant should have good communication skills in speaking and writing to understand requirements and complex problems to be broken down with ease. The applicant should be a self-starter and collaborative to engage with different team members.



Who you need to be:

  • Undergraduate degree is mandatory
  • 2-3 years of experience in Royalties
  • Experience in system administration, down time activity reporting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
  • Experience in stakeholder management of international client
  • Good grasp of data analysis, manipulation
  • Strong understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Attend stand up calls with client & internal for business and technical follows ups and resolution
  • Experience in ticketing tools of Helpdesk
  • Trigger on call notification to resolve performance issues over weekend runs
  • Meet KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis 
  • Weekend availability will be required for certain days
