Analyst Relations Program Coordinator

This role offers the chance to be the operational heart of a fast-growing analyst relations program. You will coordinate engagements with top industry analysts, track projects, and support internal teams to ensure smooth execution across multiple initiatives. The position combines program management, logistics, and stakeholder coordination to enable impactful business decisions. You’ll work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment with a collaborative team that values efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. This is a unique opportunity to help scale a strategic program while working with leaders across multiple functions and timezones. Accountabilities:
  • Maintaining and updating relationship trackers, interaction logs, and program metrics.
  • Scheduling analyst interactions end-to-end, coordinating attendees, invites, and logistics across timezones.
  • Tracking timelines for projects such as white papers, quadrants, RFIs, and analyst briefings.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the right people participate in analyst sessions.
  • Preparing materials so teams have what they need ahead of briefings and inquiries.
  • Monitoring analyst firm portals for deadlines, research updates, and inquiry opportunities.
  • Researching and profiling new analysts to expand coverage.
  • Tracking competitor mentions in analyst content and highlighting relevant insights.
  • Drafting routine communications, including scheduling emails, logistics updates, and newsletters.
  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate brings experience in managing complex projects and coordinating across teams. Key qualifications and skills include:
  • 2+ years in project coordination, program management, executive support, or marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong track record of collaborating with busy stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of representing the program to executives and analysts.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and proactive, identifying and completing tasks without direction.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Excel/Sheets, and calendar management.
  • Comfortable working across US and EMEA timezones.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in analyst relations, PR, communications, or agency settings.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Spend Matters).
  • Knowledge of procurement, finance, or enterprise software domains.
  • Experience using AI tools intelligently on sensitive tasks.
