  • Preparation of report and assigning risk score by analyzing a given entity through annual reports, documents, site visit & management discussion
  • Undertake detailed financial analysis of the entity covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and industry benchmarking
  • Evaluate managerial and operational capabilities of channel partners
  • Evaluate statutory, regulatory and AML compliances of channel partners
  • Carry out sectoral analysis and industry benchmarking
  • Carrying out Portfolio Analysis for clients
  • Prepare risk score model for the client
  • Co-ordinate between internal and external stakeholders to manage the client accounts
  • Key Requirements:
  • MBA in Finance; CFA Level I/II or CMA certification is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of management, operational, financial, and compliance risk frameworks
  • Proficient in ratio analysis, liquidity evaluation, and cash flow assessment
  • Ability to interpret statutory filings, regulatory disclosures, and litigation records
  • Skilled in developing risk‑scoring models and implementing due‑diligence methodologies
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
