Analyst, Quality Assurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, Quality Assurance to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our US mortgage-related processes and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

  • Perform quality assurance reviews for voice and non-voice processes related to US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing activities
  • Analyze findings from process reviews and develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Make data-driven recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors
  • Track and follow up on business unit responses to identified findings from process reviews
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement project plans addressing opportunities identified through quality assurance activities
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management and work towards their resolution
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management documenting observations from reviews
  • Assist in implementing changes or modifications to the Quality Assurance department's evaluation process
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the US mortgage sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the US mortgage industry
  • In-depth knowledge of US mortgage processes, including eviction, sale, and closing procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting voice and non-voice audits
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Experience with quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
