Analyst, Operations

Position Summary

To support our Operations Department in helping ensure the day-to-day operation of our institutional clients and corporate trading accounts run smoothly.  You'll be working with Hex Trust's suite of proprietary technology solutions and the wider blockchain ecosystem committed to execution excellence and accuracy.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the VP, Operations in executing core operational activities, including custody, trade settlement, and loan settlement processes.
• Process crypto and fiat (bank) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in rostered coverage as required to support business operations.
• Prepare operational reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with client onboarding activities, including address whitelisting and related operational checks.
• Help ensure operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancement.
• Collaborate with front-to-back stakeholders to define best practices and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2 or more years experience in operations roles, preferably from the digital asset / blockchain industry and / or financial services is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in processing bank transfers, familiarity with bank transfer systems such as SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire, etc is a plus
• Knowledge of blockchain, securities tokens, trading and security
• An undergraduate degree beneficial
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Candidate should have an interest in digital assets, Wallets, DApps, and digital asset Trading
• Must be detail-oriented, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of work they produce
• Able to work independently in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment
