Role and Responsibility:
• Procurement – purchasing, invoice handling/auditing and related activities
o PO creation, Purchase Order expediting (PR-PO-GR management) including support for the Purchasing process
o Purchase Order confirmation follow-up & update, Delivery follow-up & update including supplier coordination for material delivery/shipment tracking, follow-up, reporting and issue resolution
o Understanding of stock position in the system, shortage follow-up and coordination for the same
o Coordinating directly with suppliers on PO-Delivery-Invoice processes, as required
o Master data quality monitoring, coordination, reporting and support data clean-up
o Direct Communication Channel with all related teams
o Handling invoices in SAP and releasing it for payment per agreed process and issue resolutions
o Audit invoices to identify errors, overcharges and discrepancies
o Co-ordinate with supplier and internal team to rectify the invoices for errors and obtaining due credits
• Data collection, Reporting, Data flow monitoring relating to master data & purchasing processes
• Optimizing the support and processes for purchasing
• Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results
• Functional support for Global Procurement processes according to task assignments from Global Process Owners
• Adhoc operational support to ensure efficient Procurement processes
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
