The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to join us in our LOCATION/OFFICE. As a member of our team, you’ll be working on legal / regulatory projects for large Global clients, within Financial Regulations, Corporate Restructuring and Commercial Mandates. We offer a breadth of exposure to various contract types from complex financial services documents to high value commercial contracts.

Responsibilities
Contract analysis and checking quality of other analysts’ work
Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
Preparing contract templates (calibration)
Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
Train and oversee the work of Contract Analysts performing contract review
Implement and maintain quality control and assist in producing hand-offs of multiple deliverables for the client often on tight timelines
Assist with the preparation of training materials, provide feedback for the teams, and serve as a primary escalation for team members and clients if applicable

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:
Hold a Law Degree
Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
0 - 12 months experience working within document review or commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to commercial legal environment or other professional services organizations
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality
Excellent communication skills
A self-start, evidence working on a team or as an individual contributor
Ability to handle competing priorities
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Outlook, Excel, and Word
Direct experience managing clients and internal stakeholders
