This Analyst will support detailed requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and validation for workforce scheduling and time/attendance use cases across operational teams, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
In This Role, You Will...
Gather and document detailed requirements for workforce scheduling and time capture.
Support system configuration and data validation.
Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Analyze workforce metrics and scheduling data to support operational decision-making.
Collaborate with the functional team to implement improvements and ensure adoption.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with workforce scheduling, time, or attendance systems.
Exposure to call center or operations workforce environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional implementation teams.
