CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
Regularly develop category management–focused insight materials, including category reviews, macro trend analyses, total beverage trends, competitor brand evaluations, channel strategies, and industry summaries.
Create meaningful reports using multiple data sources (such as Circana, Nielsen, Numerator shopper data, and shipment data) to support overall objectives across the Sales and Marketing organizations.
Support effective insight communication platforms across the organization.
Build, influence, and leverage relationships within Insights, Category Development, and the broader Sales and Marketing teams to share best practices and resources.
ANALYSIS
Regularly develop category‑management focused insight materials, including category reviews, macro trend analyses, total beverage trend reports, competitor brand assessments, channel strategies, and industry overviews.
Produce clear, meaningful reports using multiple data sources (such as Circana, Nielsen, Numerator shopper data, and shipment data) to support the objectives of the Sales and Marketing organizations.
Support the development and use of effective insight‑communication platforms across the organization.
Build, influence, and leverage relationships within the Insights and Category Development teams, as well as the broader Sales and Marketing organizations, to share best practices and resources.
REPORTING
Provide ad hoc analyses as defined by the Senior Manager of Category Insights and the broader leadership team.
Establish best-practice reporting standards and lead ongoing report updates.
Improve and expand Red Bull’s reporting tools.
2+ years of experience in a category management, sales, marketing, or analyst role.
Experienced in developing fact-based selling stories.
Knowledge of the consumer goods industry, including channels of trade, customer segments, categories, competitive products, competitive strategies, and industry trends.
Familiarity with syndicated data sources (such as Circana, Nielsen, etc.) as well as shopper panel and loyalty data.
Proficient in Excel (able to perform complex functions) and PowerPoint.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
