This team sits between our product and the market, and is a key growth driver for every aspect of the organization. We have a holistic philosophy that combines research, data, brand marketing, acquisition and retention tactics, PR, and all aspects of customer-facing interaction.

The Role: Analyst, Brand Marketing

We’re hiring an analyst to support the day-to-day execution of our brand partnerships work, specifically focused on growing our credit card program. 

The analyst will help with partner outreach and management. They’ll also play a key role in supporting GTM launches — helping and ensure launches go live smoothly. The role will work closely with dev, design, and product marketing partners to keep projects moving efficiently while gaining deep exposure to the broader credit card landscape.

This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the brand partnership lifecycle — you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact brand and merchant partnerships that drive awareness, user acquisition, and engagement
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, presenting data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
  • Ensure brand integrity and compliance across all partnership touch points, adhering to Gemini’s standards and industry regulations
  • Learn the ins and outs of our credit card product and own the partnership pipeline

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or partnerships role
  • An eye for brand and creative
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality execution
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player
  • Exposure to go-to-market workflows or product launches
  • Passion for learning, improving processes, and growing within a digital marketing or web-focused career path

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $67,500 - $90,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

In the United States, employees within the New York, Seattle, and Miami metropolitan areas are expected to work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a job-specific requirement to be in the office every work day. We believe our hybrid approach for those near our NYC, Seattle, and Miami offices increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible. Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our remote-first workforce.
