Identity Goverance Administration (IGA) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of provisioning and identity governance services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an Analyst to join our team. A go-getter with a background of user administration or identity / access management would be ideal for this role. A background of cybersecurity operations, audit, or data analytics could also be good fit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide stellar IAM user and stakeholder support
  • Support project efforts through gathering requirements and assisting with build and validation of modernized IAM capabilities.
  • Ensure application team alignment of identity governance controls which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundation.
  • Support implement through data analysis and clean-up and authoring proper project and audit required documentation.
  • Act as next-level escalation for IAM Operations
  • Conduct rootcause analysis, collaborating with Engineering leads to identify bug fixes and/or enhancements
  • Complete and/or coordinate IGA system maintenance and change controls processes for patching and upgrades
  • Conduct reporting and data clean-up activities
  • Pull and prepare audit artifacts
  • Build and maintain knowledge-based articles
  • Recommend product enhancements and bug fixes
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Continuously seek operations, product and IAM customer experience improvements
  • Collaborate closely with fellow IAM team members, as well as end-users and IAM stakeholders
  • 2+ years of related hands-on engineering or analyst experience
  • 1+ year experience with Identity Governance tools and/or processes is preferred
  • Good understanding of identity/access management and security best practices
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Active Directory, and/or Azure EntraID is preferred
  • Familiarity with workstream tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Collaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM and other teams
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to convey technical concepts in business terms
  • Knowledge of other IAM practices and systems’ interoperability is a plus
  • Great technical and process documentation skills
  • Enthusiastic about learning and incorporating new tools and processes to improve the user experience and build operational efficiencies
