About the Role
As an AMS Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor projects utilizing the most advanced process nodes and package technologies.

Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and analyze analog circuit blocks under the guidance of senior engineers
Create and optimize circuit layouts for performance, area, and manufacturability
Assist in developing test plans and characterization of analog circuits
Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical documentation
Support the tapeout process, including verification, physical design, and DRC/LVS checking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital design, verification, and layout engineers
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Strong foundation in analog circuit design principles
Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys HSPICE)
Familiarity with CMOS process technology fundamentals
Understanding of device characteristics and their impact on circuit performance
Basic knowledge of layout techniques and design for manufacturability
Preferred Skills
Previous internship or academic project experience in analog circuit design
Experience with mixed-signal circuit design. PLL, DLL, TDC, ..etc
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
