Analista BizDev Jr. - Publisher Relations

To support our growth, we are looking for a Junior BizDev Analyst to support the Publisher Relations team across day to day activities and ongoing initiatives. You will contribute to operational and analytical tasks, assist in recurring processes, and support the execution of projects related to partners, products, and commercial operations.

You will work closely with the BizDev team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. If you are proactive, curious, and motivated to deepen your understanding of the gaming business, this is a great opportunity to level up with us.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as International Relations, Digital Games, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline

• Fluent English, with strong business communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and data

  Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools

• Proficiency in an additional language beyond English

📍Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue across the Nuuvem catalog.

• Assist in the onboarding of new partners by addressing questions, aligning next steps, and ensuring a smooth operational handoff.

• Organize and maintain the promotional and release calendar, collaborating in the execution of major commercial campaigns.

• Review loss and margin related spreadsheets, and keep product and publisher information up to date within internal systems.

• Manage new content entries and coordinate product launches with the Marketing team, ensuring the Release Tracker remains accurate and current.

• Monitor and support existing partnerships by identifying improvement opportunities, tracking inventory levels, and resolving operational issues.

• Ensure product availability on the Nuuvem Store by monitoring game key inventories and stock levels.

• Track and update individual and departmental goals on a monthly basis.

📍Type of contract and Salary Range:

This position is under the CLT regime, with an approximate salary range of R$3.815,13 a R$4.198,75.
