Our Implementation Department focuses exclusively on on-boarding new clients while providing excellent client/advisor service. They coordinate with recordkeepers, advisors, and other service partners to ensure a smooth installation process for our new clients. The mission of this team is to use the installation process to create a positive first impression and begin the relationship-building process with our clients. 

As Implementation Team Leader, you will focus on managing the flow of new plans through our installation process. Additionally, you will identify and assist with escalated issues and mentor and train team members. You will be supported by a strong sales group, a dedicated plan documents team, and our compliance department.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of 6-8 staff members
  • Champion Nova 401(k) Associates values and policies
  • Manage the team to meet Nova’s overall service standards
  • Monitor team productivity through weekly report generation
  • Train and mentor staff members throughout the year
  • Perform escalated reviews for work product prepared by team members
  • Keep current with new regulations and proposed legislation
  • Resolve service issues escalated by team members
  • Communicate with participants, principals, clients, financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals throughout the installation process
  • Complete performance reviews in a timely manner
  • Attend leadership & development training in Houston (or other location) at least 2-3 times per year
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant industry experience in plan conversions and installations
  • Five or more years of supervisory or management experience in the retirement plan field
  • Comfortable working online and managing remote staff
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
  • Clean background check
  • ASPPA/NIPA industry credentials a plus
  • Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a “results only” environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary $90,000-$110,000
  • Salaried, exempt

Work Location/Hours:

  • Work from home
  • Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
