AML/CTF Analyst (Mid/Senior)

What the job is about

• This is a mid to senior position in our first line of defence: We're specifically looking for candidates with experience and solid experience in AML/CTF/CSAM detection and reporting roles.
• Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of fraud cases
• Escalating unusual activity to internal experts
• Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
• Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution

Requirements

• Previous experience as a FinCrime Analyst in a bank or fintech is strongly valued,
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends a must
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in rotational 8h shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365
