AMERICAS Continental Development Coordinator I Telematics

TLDR

Drive sales growth across the Americas by generating ideas, conducting market research, and coordinating with the Telematics Profit Center while contributing to product design and client support.

We are currently looking for an AMERICAS Continent Development Coordinator to join Teltonika Telematics in Vilnius and drive sales growth and develop the Sales team across the continent, with a focus on the North America region.

 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

 

In this role you will:

  • Assist the Head of Continent Sales / Head of Region Sales in achieving agreed continental goals by generating and sharing ideas; 
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and performance, analyzing results and providing insights for strategic decision-making;
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between the AMERICAS continent and the Telematics Profit Center; 
  • Consult and assist in resolving technical issues with key clients in the continent; 
  • Participate in the process of designing new products by representing the needs of the continent;
  • Organize and control the receipt of certificates required for regional sales;
  • Assist in organizing and participating in international conferences, exhibitions, and summits; 

 

What we expect of you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, technical support, or project/product management at Teltonika Telematics;
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both spoken and written);
  • Availability to work from 10:00 to 19:00 (Lithuania time);
  • Work in Vilnius, Lithuania;
  • Sales-oriented mindset;
  • Leadership and organization skills; 
  • Ability to generate new ideas and initiatives; 
  • Strong inner motivation and desire to achieve the highest results; 
  • Ability to collect, analyze information, and make decisions independently.

Salary:

Salary ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~3300 Eur – 4125 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.*

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
