Your career as Ambassador Manager at Booksy will focus on sourcing, building, and managing a network of businesses and professionals as influencers and brand ambassadors within the Polish market. to drive brand visibility, engagement, and product advocacy. You'll be a key player in the local marketing team, cultivating an effective and motivated ambassador community that drives not only brand exposure but also customer acquisition and retention.  You’ll collaborate closely with the global marketing function to align strategies while ensuring that Polish market needs are met. Your passion for influencer and ambassador marketing within the B2B space will see you grow Booksy's brand presence in the Polish market, focusing on collaborations with relevant businesses and professionals.

A bit about what you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and recruit a diverse group of local businesses and professionals as influencers and brand ambassadors that align with our brand values and objectives. Evaluate potential partners based on relevance, audience demographics, and engagement levels.
  • Build, manage, and foster strong relationships with local influencers and ambassadors, ensuring long-term engagement and collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for all ambassadors and influencers.  
  • Develop and execute influencer and ambassador campaigns that align with both local market objectives and global brand goals. Work with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with their audience and drives action.  
  • Set clear performance metrics for influencer and ambassador campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, referral traffic, conversions, CPM) and track progress to ensure KPIs are met. Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for optimization.  
  • Leverage the ambassador community to drive referral traffic, word-of-mouth marketing, and customer acquisition. Develop strategies to encourage ambassadors to promote the brand across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, events, and word-of-mouth.  
  • Work closely with the local marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned across all channels.  
  • Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to create content that is aligned with the brand’s messaging and resonates with local audiences. Encourage creative freedom while ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.  
  • Keep up to date with local influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for the brand to innovate and stand out in the market.  
  • Gather and analyze feedback and insights from the local market to inform global strategy.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Proven experience (around 5 years) in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or community management.
  • A strong understanding of the influencer trends within the Polish market.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and working with both macro and micro influencers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Results-driven with experience managing and reporting on KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
