1) Amazon Connect Engineer – Band 3 & Band 4

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Amazon Connect Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of contact center solutions for our clients. You will be part of a team focused on building and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy components of contact center solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.

• AWS Utilization: Leverage knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to support contact center solution development.

• Amazon Connect Proficiency: Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.

• CDK Familiarity: Learn and utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Learning and Development: Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact center technologies.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of cloud computing and contact center concepts.

• Exposure to AWS services and architecture.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

• Experience with performance and load testing of Managed services
