One of our companies is currently looking for an Amazon Account Specialist in Lithuania.

As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the Amazon Seller account, optimizing listings, and driving overall account growth. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies, handling customer feedback, and refining strategies based on performance data. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with various teams to achieve success and maximize growth potential in the e-commerce space. Your focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve product listings, optimize pricing strategies, and resolve any issues to maintain high seller ratings.

Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage the Amazon Seller account to ensure optimal performance and account growth.
• Create and optimize SEO-friendly product listings, including A/B testing for images, content, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate warehouses and FBA operations.
• Conduct market research, adjust pricing strategies, and optimize promotions based on competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, resolve account health issues, and manage reimbursements as necessary.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, utilizing data tools to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage customer feedback, resolve disputes, and maintain high ratings and seller feedback.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace tools, advertising strategies, and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in both English and Lithuanian, with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
