Amazon Account Manager (Amazon Virtual Assistant)
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account. This role is focused on maintaining account health, optimizing listings, managing customer support, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation for New Listings
- Create optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Assist with A+ Content structure and persuasive copywriting
- Ensure all listing content complies with Amazon policies and guidelines
2. Listing Optimization
- Optimize listings for SEO and conversion performance
- Improve titles, bullet points, images, and overall content based on performance data
- Analyze sessions, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and competitor insights
3. Listing Management
- Monitor listings for unauthorized edits, suppressions, or missing content
- Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords as needed
- Upload and manage A+ Content and Brand Store updates
4. Coupons & Promotions
- Create and manage coupons, deals, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor performance and provide performance reports
- Coordinate promotional strategies with internal marketing efforts
5. Creator & Influencer Connections
- Manage Amazon Creator and Influencer collaborations
- Conduct outreach for product partnerships
- Track creator deliverables, content approvals, and performance metrics
6. Case Management
- Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Central cases
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed ASINs, policy warnings, and Brand Registry concerns
- Maintain a detailed case log and ensure timely resolution
7. Customer Support
- Respond promptly to buyer messages
- Manage returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims
- Monitor negative feedback and request removal when eligible
8. Account Health Monitoring
- Review the Account Health Dashboard daily
- Track policy violations, performance metrics, and suppression risks
- Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact account standing
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and best practices
- Experience with listings, cases, account health, and customer support
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Preferred (Nice to Have): Basic understanding of Amazon PPC (not required but a plus)
