Alternance - Junior Marketing Operations Specialist (September 2026)
TLDR
Contribute to impactful multichannel marketing campaigns, supporting both client and freelancer engagement as part of a diverse international team.
Support the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns targeting both clients and freelancers audiences
Build and manage campaign workflows, automations, and customer journeys within our marketing automation platform
Create and integrate engaging email templates while ensuring consistency with Malt’s brand and communication guidelines
Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed reporting and analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement metrics
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns
Ensure data quality, segmentation accuracy, and campaign compliance across all marketing activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new tools, AI-powered solutions, and innovative marketing automation practices
Support the team on operational and strategic marketing projects in an international environment
You already gained valuable first experience during an internship in Marketing Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance, reporting, and marketing data
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Curious about AI tools and eager to explore innovative ways to improve marketing processes and performance
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with different teams and stakeholders
Previous experience using a Marketing Automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot and Salesforce is a strong plus
Understanding B2B communication approaches is highly appreciated
You have a fluent level of English, allowing you to operate seamlessly in an international environment. French is a plus but not required
