Your Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with energy products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Residing already in Greece
• In possession of AMKA and AFMI
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Currently residing in Greece with valid work authorization.
• Enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and contributing to customer loyalty!
