In your role as a customer care representative, you will be responsible for assisting Flemish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to frozen products. Your Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries regarding frozen goods through various communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and satisfaction.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the customer service experience.
• Participate in training programs to stay informed about product details and industry standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Must be residing in Greece.
• Possession of AMKA and AFMI is required.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in customer service or food-related industries is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software.
• Currently living in Greece is mandatory.
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization is required.
