Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Tackle inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication with customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet company targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training to deepen your understanding of renewable energy solutions and company offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Must currently reside in Greece.
• In possession of AMKA and AFMI
• Genuine passion for customer service and commitment to sustainability.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry focused on renewable energy.
