Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers for a leading electronics brand.
• Diagnose and address technical issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the effective use of electronic products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and the resolutions provided.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with product features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong technical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Currently residing in Greece.
