Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 2 (ALN Experience)

Location: Neath Port Talbot, UK

Daily Rate: £90 per day

Equal Education Partners is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant Level 2 with experience supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) to join our team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

✅ Provide tailored support to students with ALN in a classroom setting
✅ Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
✅ Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring additional support
✅ Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment
✅ Support students with their social and emotional development
✅ Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to implement individual learning plans
✅ Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
✅ Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote student well-being

Requirements

Requirements:

✅ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
✅ A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅ Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
