KPA is experiencing significant growth and, as such, we are growing our business development/partnership team to accelerate that even further.  The Alliances Partnership Manager is a strategic member of the Business Development/Partnership team, responsible for helping KPA achieve top-line revenue growth by managing and growing relationships with our referral partners (primarily insurance brokers and carriers). It’s an exciting opportunity where the market is enormous and untapped by our competition.  This role plays a big part in extending KPA’s competitive advantage and facilitating growth for the company moving forward.   It’s our belief that with a business development/partnership team of smart and hungry individuals, we can take a large market share over the course of just a few short years.    The role is focused on relationship management, content creation, and representing KPA both through partner presentations and various industry events.  Our software serves as the central hub of activity for growing compliance and safety departments seeking an adaptable, quick-to-implement solution featuring built-in best practices that accelerate business processes for compliance and risk professionals. This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and resilience.  Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development:Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and carriers to drive new referrals. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and ongoing relationship management.
  • Content Creation and Marketing:Develop engaging content tailored to our partners and end-users. This includes creating and distributing a regular newsletter, crafting client success stories, and gathering testimonials that highlight the impact of our solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to administer co-marketed partner webinars.
  • Event Participation:Travel to industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings to represent the company, deepen existing relationships, and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Account Management:Serve as a liaison between the partners and internal teams, ensuring that partners receive the support they need. Oversee and track the success of partnership-driven initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge, Experience, Requirements
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role, preferably within the insurance or SaaS industry.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling newsletters and marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business events and conferences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, from relationship-building to content development and account management.
  • Proficient working with modern tools and technologies, for example Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. as well as MS Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    $100,000 – $110,000 per year
