Our business development team helps pharma and biotech customers understand the deep impact that AI-powered clinical trials that reach full enrollment faster can bring to their business. As the Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer engagements and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and solutions. You will work closely with our business development team to identify expansion opportunities and surface them to the appropriate stakeholders. Ideally, the candidate will have a background in technology/SaaS/AI or the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is based either in our HQ in San Francisco, CA or in Boston, MA and may require travel.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at our customer organizations
- Manage our customer engagements, including providing support and addressing issues as they arise
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer's needs and help identify expansion opportunities
- Work closely with the business development team to surface expansion opportunities and manage the handoff process
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory developments that could impact our customers
- Represent Unlearn at industry conferences and events
