What’s this role about?
As a member of the Auvik Sales team, the Alliance Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth and revenue through Auvik’s key alliance partners. This role focuses on building and scaling high-impact partnerships (e.g., ConnectWise, Pax8, and future alliances), with accountability for overall Net MRR growth across these ecosystems.
You’ll own partner relationships end-to-end, aligning go-to-market initiatives, enabling partner teams, and unlocking new revenue streams across OEM, marketplace, and co-sell motions.
What will you be doing?
- Build and manage strong relationships with key alliance partners, aligning on joint goals and growth opportunities
- Own and deliver against Net MRR growth targets across assigned partners
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives
- Drive partner enablement and support onboarding to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Auvik
- Support partner and internal teams by clarifying processes and helping resolve day-to-day questions or blockers
- Track performance and provide insights to improve partner growth and program effectiveness
- Identify and support new alliance opportunities as Auvik continues to expand its partner ecosystem
What are we looking for?
- Experience in alliances, partnerships, channel, or strategic account management in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships or indirect channels
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within North America (up to ~10%)
Are there bonus points?
- Experience with IT channel ecosystems, distributors, or marketplaces (e.g., ConnectWise, Pax8)
- Familiarity with OEM or marketplace partnership models
- Experience with Salesforce, PartnerStack, or similar tools
- Background in B2B SaaS, particularly in the IT or network management space

Compensation Details
At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.
In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik’s future successes.
