What We are looking for

As an Algo Team Manager you will lead the strategy, delivery, and performance of algorithmic models within the Trading function.
The role combines hands-on quantitative expertise with people management and cross-functional leadership, and has a direct impact on commercial performance and risk outcomes.

• Define and execute the algorithmic modeling strategy aligned with Trading and business objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quantitative specialists
• Set standards for model governance, validation, documentation, and deployment
• Act as the senior subject-matter expert for algorithms and simulations
• Oversee development of pricing models, simulations, and player props algorithms
• Review model assumptions, outputs, and performance metrics
• Guide the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and data sources
• Ensure scalability and robustness of models in live trading environments

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative modeling within Sportsbook in online gaming industry
• Proven experience leading and developing quantitative or algorithmic teams
• Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics, player props, market behavior, and trading risk
• Hands-on experience with model validation and performance oversight
• Ability to translate complex model outputs into clear trading and commercial impact
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset aligned with a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
