Airtable Developer and Administrator

About this role

We are seeking a skilled Airtable Builder/Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining Airtable solutions to support business processes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in dashboard building either Salesforce, or Airtable development and data analysis, with strong technical skills in automation, data workflows, and stakeholder coordination.  

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop Airtable end to end products to enable our internals to manage their work: 
  • Designing databases.
  • Building automations to make these structures dynamic.
  • Building interfaces to enable end users to work with this data.
  • Coordinating with data engineer and engineering teams to ensure that this information integrations with our broader infrastructure.
• Coordinating with engineering to ensure that our Airtable infrastructure integrates into our broader eco system.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (leadership, marketing, sales, finance, operations, etc.) to identify requirements and build products that meet these requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, database structure, and efficient organization of information. 
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for Airtable processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users to maximize adoption and effectiveness. 

About You 

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in dashboard (preferably Airtable) development and data analysis. 
  • Strong understanding of dashboard (preferably Airtable) structure, formulas, automations, and interfaces. 
  • Hands-on experience in process automation and workflow optimization. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success) to ensure seamless execution.
• Skills:
  • Stakeholder Management- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong Communication skills are extremely important to succeed in this role.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting– Ability to quickly diagnose operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Within Airtable:
    • Designing databases.
    • Building automations to make these structures dynamic.
    • Building interfaces to enable end users to work with this data.
