Aircraft mechanic M2 (Montreal)

  • Read and interpret industrial drawings.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on small and large aircraft to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and repair structural, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of aircraft.
  • Install or modify various aircraft systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems.
  • Dismantle airframes, engines, or other aircraft systems for inspection, cleaning, repair, or overhaul, then reassemble them according to specifications
  • Define operating range.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance performed, inspections conducted, and parts used.
  • Ensure that all work complies with Transport Canada regulations and company standards for safety and performance.
  • Enter traceability data. 
  • M1/ M2 Licence (Transport Canada)
  • More than 2 years of expertise in the technologies surrounding aircraft and their equipment.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Employees who must relocate for the position may benefit from initial “relocation assistance”.
