About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically strong AI Video Maker with solid experience in video production and AI-driven content creation.
The role is fully focused on developing high-quality video outputs using the latest generative technologies, with a strong emphasis on cinematic storytelling and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality AI content through the use of AI tools for image generation (NanoBanana 2, Midjourney, SeeDream 5.0, etc.), video generation (Runway, Heygen, Kling, Seedance, Veo, etc.), and other tools (ElevenLabs, Topaz, etc.)
- Create and animate AI avatars, integrating text-to-video and voice synthesis technologies
- Develop cinematic video content with strong narrative structure
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-end video productions
- Test and implement new AI tools and workflows
- Ensure high production quality and consistency across all outputs
Requirements
- Proven experience in video production, video editing, or motion design
- Strong expertise in AI video tools (text-to-video, avatar generation, voice synthesis)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Ability to manage multiple video projects independently
- Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
