AI Video Editor (Remote)

We’re hiring an AI Video Editor, an evolution of the traditional Video Editor role. This position focuses on creating high-performing video ads using AI-generated footage, AI-assisted workflows, or fully AI-built visuals. These videos are not filmed by on-camera talent; they are created through a combination of AI tools, editing skills, and ad-focused storytelling.
Our clients are increasingly requesting this skill set, especially for lead generation and DTC advertising, and experienced talent in this space is still rare.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form and ad-focused videos using AI-generated or AI-assisted footage.
• Combine traditional editing techniques with AI tools to produce complete ad creatives.
• Develop videos optimized for lead gen and DTC performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Experiment with AI workflows to generate visuals, voiceovers, and scenes efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to iterate on ad concepts and formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a standard (non-AI) portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated or AI-assisted videos, with a separate AI-focused portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools such as ElevenLabs, Flow (Nano Banana Pro + Veo 3.1), Kie AI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of short-form ad creatives for lead generation and DTC brands.
• Ability to independently build video assets without relying on filmed talent.
• Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools and workflows.
