We are expanding our Milan hub and seeking an AI Video Designer / AI Media Specialist to join our core creative team.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Video Designer with a strong background in AI-driven content creation, cinematic storytelling, and avatar generation.

This role sits at the crossroads of creativity and deep tech, producing high-end AI video experiences for premium brands and global campaigns.

You will experiment, design, and produce using the most advanced generative tools, contributing to the creation of visual languages that do not yet exist.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and edit AI-generated video content using state-of-the-art tools (Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Create and animate AI avatars, integrating text-to-video and voice synthesis technologies
• Develop cinematic storytelling formats combining creativity, data, and automation
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and developers to deliver high-end visual experiences across digital platforms
• Research and implement emerging tools and workflows in AI media design
• Ensure that all visual outputs meet the highest aesthetic and brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, motion design, or digital art direction
• Strong command of AI content creation tools (text-to-video, avatar generation, voice synthesis, generative visuals)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and related software
• Excellent sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual composition
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects autonomously

• Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
• A refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and high-end communication
